About me

Hi, my name is Hayley

I believe that healing doesn't have to be hard to be powerful. For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people in both Australia and Canada through some of life's most tender and complex moments — and it was through that work, through the courage and openness of the people I've worked with, that Ember 'n Echo was born.

​

This practice exists for one simple reason: to help people find their way back to joy. Not by pushing through pain, but by gently clearing the boundaries and barriers that have quietly been standing in the way — the ones we often don't even realise are there.

​

My approach is integrative and deeply personal, drawing on a wide range of tools that honour the mind, body, and soul as threads of the same whole. There is nothing rigid here. We move at your pace, with your path in mind, in a space that is safe, inclusive, and free from judgment.

We hired Hayley’s services for our rental unit before welcoming new tenants, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The space felt refreshed, peaceful, and inviting afterward. Ember 'n Echo logo

Ember 'n Echo is based in Calgary, Alberta, on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy — Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani — the Tsuut'ina Nation, and the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, within the boundaries of Treaty 7. The Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3, also calls this home. I carry with me a deep respect for the Turrbal and Jagera peoples of Brisbane, and the Wakka Wakka people of Murgon, on whose Country I was shaped. I am grateful to live and work on this land
