These sessions are about listening — to what you're carrying, to what your body is asking for, to what has been waiting quietly beneath the noise of your day. With Reiki as the foundation, each session unfolds naturally, drawing from somatic work, singing bowl therapy, and the simple power of held space to layer in a deeper awareness of self. No agenda. No performance. Just an hour that belongs entirely to you. Available in-person at the Richmond Road Studio.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact with more than 48 hours prior to appointment time. If appointment time has commenced and you are not in attendance, 100% of the fees will be charged to file.
