Service Description

Energy knows no boundaries — and neither does healing. Distance Reiki works on the same gentle principle as in-person sessions: universal life force energy, transmitted with intention, to wherever you are in the world. No barriers. No limits. Just the quiet, powerful flow of energy finding its way to you. During your session, your chakras, aura, and energy centres are balanced and restored — bringing harmony to the body, clarity to the mind, and stillness to the emotions. What was scattered begins to settle. What was heavy begins to lift. Reiki doesn't override your body's wisdom — it simply reminds it of what it already knows. You leave feeling peaceful, centred, and gently returned to yourself. This is healing that meets you exactly where you are. Distance Reiki will happen live via Zoom. You are invited to lie comfortably during your session. Following the session, Hayley will explain how your energy is moving and what came up during the session. The session is split into 60 minutes of Reiki and 15 minutes to debrief and reground. It is recommended to have a relaxing environment post-session to sit in the benefits of this treatment.
