Reiki & Integration Combo

Service Description

Some experiences aren't meant to happen back to back — they're meant to unfold. This package is built around that idea: two sessions, sequenced with intention, so each one gets to do what it does best. Book your Reiki session & we will book the Soma Counselling session time together based on our conversation. We begin with Reiki. No pressure to name what's moving, no need to make sense of it yet — just space to let the energy work happen and let your system respond in its own time. One week later, we come back together for a Soma Counselling session, once what surfaced has had a chance to settle. This is where we go deep — unpacking what came up, giving it language, and integrating it into something you can actually carry forward. Not a rushed debrief, but a real dive into what the energy work stirred. That week in between isn't downtime — it's part of the design. Too soon, and we'd be intellectualizing before the body's finished speaking. This spacing lets the nervous system metabolize first, so the conversation that follows has something real to work with. Sequenced with intention — Reiki first, Soma Counselling one week later, so the energy work has time to settle before we unpack it together. Depth, not just duration — two disciplines working as one experience, built to go deeper than either session could reach alone. Real savings, real skill — $333 for the paired experience, without discounting the training behind either piece. This combo is available both online and in person. Online, it's delivered entirely via secure video call — Reiki at a distance, followed by an online Soma Counselling session, wherever you are. In person, both sessions are held in Calgary, in a settled space built for exactly this kind of work. Whether you're new to energy work or you've been circling this kind of depth for a while, this package is for anyone ready to be met with both science and stillness — and to leave with more than just relaxation. You'll leave with language for what was moving, and a clearer sense of what to do with it.
