About the event
Come along to Mandorla Yoga for 75 minutes of Restorative & Reiki.
We will slow all the way down, Restorative Yoga focuses on long holds for the body; while Reiki focuses on gently down shifting gears for that energy.
As the world outside begins to step into the Silly season and we are quitely surrounded by snow, let's go inwards for a spell and prime ourselves for what's to come. This is an intimate space, only 10 spots available. Make sure you book yours!
