You’ve been the calm one long enough. 🔥 Saturday, November 21, Eileen and I are holding a Sacred Rage ceremony at the river in Calgary for women and femmes. Candlelight, guided visualization, then yelling, stomping, wailing, whatever wants out. Held, safe, and followed by warm tea.
